All products sold on sadiarose.com are digital Shopify templates and themes. No physical goods are shipped or delivered.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
3. Exceptions
We may offer a refund or replacement only under the following circumstances:
- The product is proven to be defective or not as described.
- You have not received the download link or access to your purchased product within a reasonable time after payment.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
