1. Digital Products Only
All products sold on sadiarose.com are digital Shopify templates and themes. No physical goods are shipped or delivered.
2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@sadiarose.com with your order number and purchase details.
All refund requests made within 14 days of purchase will be honored, regardless of reason. After 14 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.
3. Exceptions
We may offer a refund or replacement only under the following circumstances:
- The product is proven to be defective or not as described.
- You have not received the download link or access to your purchased product within a reasonable time after payment.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
