2. Product Description

SR Digital exclusively sells digital Shopify templates and themes. All products are delivered electronically and do not require or include any physical delivery. Each template or theme includes documentation and support for installation and customization. Product features, screenshots, and demo links are provided on each product page for your review before purchase.

3. Prohibited Products and Services

SR Digital does not sell:

  • Physical products or any items requiring physical delivery
  • Human services such as consulting, coaching, or design services not directly related to our digital products

Our offerings are strictly limited to digital software products (Shopify templates and themes).

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices for Shopify templates and themes are clearly listed on our website. There are no hidden fees. Prices may change, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
  • Payment: Payments are processed via third parties, with an SSL secured.
  • Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.

5. Order Process and Deliverables

  • Order Placement: Select your desired template or theme and complete payment through our secure checkout.
  • Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link or access to your purchased template/theme via email or your account dashboard.
  • License: Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template or theme for your own or your client’s Shopify store, subject to the license terms provided with each product.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please email us at contact@sadiarose.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed promptly to the original payment method.

After 14 days, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
  • Use our templates and themes only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Not resell, redistribute, or share our templates or themes outside the terms of the license.

All Shopify templates, themes, and related materials provided by SR Digital remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our products except as expressly permitted by the license.

Our templates and themes are designed for use with Shopify. Your use of Shopify is subject to Shopify’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party actions or omissions.
